How licensing works
A licence is tied to the specific PC it is issued for, which keeps things simple and keeps the price down.
-
Find your Device ID
Open Settings, then the Licence panel. Every machine has a unique Device ID derived from Windows itself.
-
Send it to us
Give us the Device ID along with which modules you need and for how long.
-
Activate
We issue a signed licence key. Paste it in, or import the .rklic file, and the modules unlock immediately.
Licensing questions
Does the licence need the internet to stay valid?
No. The key is verified on the machine itself, so an activated till keeps working offline indefinitely until the subscription end date.
What happens when a subscription expires?
If an add-on expires, that module switches off and the rest of the app carries on. If the core licence expires, the app opens on the Licence screen until it is renewed. Your data is never touched.
Can I move a licence to a different PC?
Yes. Deactivate on the old machine, send us the new Device ID and we will reissue the key.
Why does the clock matter?
The app notices if the system clock is moved backwards and falls back to the last time it trusted. Keep the till's date and time correct, which you want for ZATCA anyway.
